Important Update:

For myWilliams Members who joined before August 21, 2016.

1. CARD HOLDERS:

Starting on August 21st, 2016 you will need to be 
a registered member of the myWilliams program in order 
to redeem rewards. If you haven’t registered your
 myWilliams card yet, you can register it at your convenience through this website.

2. MOBILE APP USERS:

If you use the myWilliams mobile app 
and you joined the program on or before August 20th, 2016 
you will need to download the latest version of the app 
and reset your password in order to login.

We have temporarily disabled the ability to add funds to your myWilliams card through the mobile app, however this feature will be returning soon. In the meantime, if you wish
 to add funds to your account you can do so online at:

What happened to your points?

Don’t worry – it’s simple. For any points you had earned 
but not yet redeemed we have given you a cash reward at 
an equivalent value. And for any unredeemed ‘treats’ 
we’ve given you a $5 reward.

I used to be a Silver member. What happened to my Silver status?
In an effort to simplify our rewards program and make it easier for everyone to know what they’re earning, we have removed tiered memberships. But, we appreciate your loyalty so if you were previously a Silver member we have added a special $20 bonus to your account (valid until September 30th, 2016).

I used to be a Gold member. What happened to my Gold status?
In an effort to simplify our rewards program and make it easier for everyone to know what they’re earning, we have removed tiered memberships. But, we appreciate your loyalty so if you were previously a Silver member we have added a special $30 bonus to your account (valid until September 30th, 2016).

 

Troubleshooting:

I am a registered user and I can’t login at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net. What do I do?

Try resetting your password at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net/en/passwords. You will need to enter the email address you originally used to register your account. We will then send you a temporary password you can use to login.

I cannot login or do any operation within my mobile Android application. It shows me an “Invalid Server Response” or “Invalid Email or Password” error message each time I try to login. What do I do?

You may need to update your app. Make sure you go to Google Play from your phone and update to the latest version of the mobile myWilliams app (version 2.2). The first time you login using the updated version of the app you will need to reset your password. Use the ‘Forgot password?’ link to do this. We will send you an email with a temporary password you can use to login.

Once logged in, you will then be able to change this password using the ‘My Profile’ link at the bottom of your app screen to enter a password you find easier to remember.

I cannot login or do any operation within my mobile iPhone application. It shows me an “Invalid Server Response” or “Invalid Email or Password” error message each time I try to login. What do I do?

You may need to update your app. Make sure you go to the App Store from your phone and update to the latest version of the mobile myWilliams app (version 2.0). The first time you login using the updated version of the app you will need to reset your password. Use the ‘Forgot password?’ link to do this. We will send you an email with a temporary password you can use to login.

Once logged in, you will then be able to change this password using the ‘My Profile’ link at the bottom of your app screen to enter a password you find easier to remember.

Upon updating my mobile app, the app became unresponsive or crashes on start-up. How do I fix this?

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Also try restarting your phone.

I am a registered user and I have multiple cards registered to my account. How can I check my balance on all my registered cards?

To check your card balances and see all your cards, login at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net using the email address you originally used to register your account. Click on the ‘Cards’ link and you will see all the cards registered to the email address you used to login. Click on the card icons shown to see the balance information for each.

If you would like to simplify your account you can use the ‘Transfer My Balance’ link to transfer your balance from one card to another. You must do this through the online web interface, not the mobile app.

If you have cards registered to more than one email address you will need to login with each email address separately to view all your card balances.

I am a registered user and I have the mobile app plus multiple cards registered to my account. How can I check all my balances?

To check your card balances and your mobile app balance, login at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net. Click on the ‘Cards’ link and you will see all the cards registered to the email address you used to login, as well as your mobile account.

If you would like to simplify your account you can use the ‘Transfer My Balance’ link to transfer your balance from one card to another, or from a card to your mobile app (or vice versa). You must do this through the online web interface, not the mobile app.

I am a registered user and I have the mobile app. How do I transfer funds from my other cards?

You can transfer funds through our web interface at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net. Login with your email and password and click ‘Transfer My Balance’.
