You may need to update your app. Make sure you go to the App Store from your phone and update to the latest version of the mobile myWilliams app (version 2.0). The first time you login using the updated version of the app you will need to reset your password. Use the ‘Forgot password?’ link to do this. We will send you an email with a temporary password you can use to login.

Once logged in, you will then be able to change this password using the ‘My Profile’ link at the bottom of your app screen to enter a password you find easier to remember.
