There are two ways to join. One option is to download the Mobile app onto your smartphone. It’s available for both Apple and Android devices (sorry, Blackberry is not currently supported). Once you have downloaded the app simply launch the program to sign-up.

Alternately, you can pick up a myWilliams Loyalty card in-store, but make sure to register it online at williamsfreshcafe.com/mywilliams or Register now to start redeeming your rewards.

Rewards are earned based on total spending before tax and can be viewed immediately on your profile page and redeemed against any future purchase. Some conditions apply.*

Member Basics

Your account balance and transaction history are stored as a part of your myWilliams member profile. Find this information quickly and easily using the mobile app. Or, if you chose to use the physical card instead of the mobile app, your account balance and transaction history are available when you log into your account online at williamsfreshcafe.com/mywilliams or Login here.

If you use the app plus a card, or if you use multiple cards, you will need to login to your account, click on the ‘Cards’ link to see all cards and apps registered to your email address. You can view the balance on each one separately.

If you wish to merge your accounts you can use the ‘Transfer My Balance’ link to transfer your balance from one account to another.

You will be able to see your updated rewards balance and your transaction history instantly, immediately after your transaction.

Really, not a lot. Any Williams Gift Card can be converted to a myWilliams Loyalty account so that rewards are earned on purchases. The card simply needs to be registered. Register my card now.

App Users

If you use the myWilliams mobile app and you haven’t logged since on or before August 20th, 2016 you will need to download the latest version of the app and reset your password in order to login.

If you use the mobile App try resetting your password through the ‘forgot password’ link provided on the login screen.

If you use the physical loyalty card, try resetting your password at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net/en/passwords. You will need to enter the email address you originally used to register your account. We will then send you a temporary password you can use to login.

Launch the app, click through to the ‘card’ screen (your dashboard) and tap the image of your myWilliams card to earn or redeem. A QR code will appear that your server needs to scan in order for you to earn and redeem your rewards. Please let your server know at the time of purchase that you wish to redeem your Rewards Balance and how much you’d like to redeem. You do not have to redeem all your rewards at once – the amount is up to you.

We have temporarily disabled the ability to send an eGift through the mobile app, however this feature will be returning soon. In the meantime, if you wish to send a myWilliams eGift you can do so online.

To check your card balances and your mobile app balance, login to our web interface at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net. Click on the ‘Cards’ link and you will see all the cards registered to the email address you used to login, as well as your mobile account.

If you would like to simplify your account you can use the ‘Transfer My Balance’ link to transfer your balance from one card to another, or from a card to your mobile app (or vice versa). You can also choose to disable a card you no longer wish to use.

You must do this through the online web interface, not the mobile app.

Card Users

If you are a member but you haven’t logged into your myWilliams account since on or before August 20th, 2016 the first time you login to our updated system you will need to reset your password.

Hand us your card at the time of purchase and let us know that you wish to redeem your Rewards Balance and how much you’d like to redeem. You do not have to redeem all your rewards at once – the amount is up to you. But, your card must be registered in order for you to redeem.

We can give you a new one! Simply pick up a new card in-store, log into your myWilliams account, and select “Cards”. Here you will be able to add the new unregistered card to your account. Then, use the “Transfer my Balance” link to transfer your balance to your new card and disable the old one. We will automatically transfer all your profile information, your rewards, your transaction history and cash balance to your new card! It’s easy!

To check your card balances and see all your cards, login at https://williamsfreshcafe.ackroo.net using the email address you originally used to register your account. Click on the ‘Cards’ link and you will see all the cards registered to the email address you used to login. Click on the card icons shown to see the balance information for each.

If you have cards registered to more than one email address you will need to login with each email address separately to view all your card balances.

If you’ve used more than one email address for registration and you wish to merge your accounts, you will need to contact our support team at williams.customerservice@druxys.com to merge your cards into one account.

Gift Cards

We strongly recommend that you register your gift card to protect your balance in case it is ever lost or stolen. Registering your gift card converts it to a myWilliams account so that you can also earn rewards on your purchases, view your transactions and receive exclusive offers, including bonus rewards on the menu items you love.

Troubleshooting

Try restarting your phone. If that doesn’t work then try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Your points have been converted to a cash reward. We made some changes in August of 2016 to our system to convert all myWilliams Loyalty rewards from points to real dollars. At the time of this change over, for every 10,000 points you had in your account we gave you a $5.00 cash reward. And, if your account showed an unredeemed points-based ‘treat’, we converted that treat to a $5.00 reward as a replacement.

You can view your rewards by logging into your account either through the mobile app or online, Log in now. Your rewards balance will appear on your dashboard.

You haven’t lost anything, you’ve just gained the benefit of a newer, simpler rewards system.

In an effort to simplify our rewards program and make it easier for everyone to know what they’re earning, we have removed tiered memberships. But, we appreciate your loyalty so if you were previously a Silver member we have added a special $20 bonus to your account (valid until October 31st, 2016).

No, your card is for your bill only and cannot be swiped with other guests’ bills. A single myWilliams Loyalty card cannot be used more than 3 times per day.

No, guests cannot add their own rewards. This insures we maintain the integrity of our system.
